Last one for now well what a day I made four tracks ready to be released sometime as I said I want to make this a album so I pick up where I left off next time but for now you can check them out as a EP on my Game For Experimentation paid Bandcamp page where you will find more experimental and gaming music,
Back with the next round and I’m hopping to make this a eight track album that I’ll put out under my other name Game For Experimentation on all major music platforms and in the next couple of months. As I said I have to complete the album first and only four more to do now. I kind of wished I didn’t go so detailed now as it’s slowing me down but after a break I’ll be right back at it lol.Â
Some more Experimental vibes and now I’m getting the hang of how to use the hardware filters I got mine from Arturia a solid kit of FXs I use on most of my music cos it always finds it’s way in. I don’t even know if it’s suitable for listening pleasure but I thought I’d make it anyway for a bit of fun.
I decided to make some Experimental music my mate had a good idea of selecting some samples that I didn’t hear before hand and make something out of it and to only use those samples he selected I love a good challenge so I thought I’d do it. I used my tape deck to record the sounds which I instructed him to go on Pixabay to find the samples. I also recorded each track I made which you will be somewhere below.
I like making found sound tracks and making videos to put on this website and YouTube, so I thought it would be good to make a found sounds based track and made a whole page for it as I needed an extra page anyway. I recorded the audio on my video camera this time as I used the video clip to make the video which took a long time but was worth it. It was also fun to record the sounds which they all are from around my flat from spoons to cocktail sticks to an annoying pig ornament that is also a bell might as well call it a bell. As always I enjoyed making the video and track and also recording the samples which you can download for free it will be in the last tab on this post or in the free downloads menu. It was a bit of a mission but not really I haven’t got an SD card slot in my computer or at least I don’t think I have and luckily I have an old laptop so I used that, I do have a lead but I don’t know where I put it to and it looks like the 100 other cables I have that don’t work for my video camera. The video took a day to make and I’m quite pleased with it I was saying in the YouTube video description I was going to make another one, one day, as I didn’t find it stressful apart from the app, crashes that happened every now and then but it was fine as I saved it and it restores from the last place you was working on and it doesn’t take too long to reload the app I use Pinnacle Studio by the way. It was kind of weird not doing a visual though there is a visual element in there but it was a bit weird as the video was mostly video I used to make music videos to my music but I always run out of ideas and resources so I choose visuals as it’s something I can spin a couple of times as in there are lots you can do with it.
